Social Savior ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Finder Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use savior.sowhat.monster (the "Service"), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Recipient email address (used solely to deliver the anonymous notification)
- Alert type, message tone, and delivery timing selection

- Sender IP address (SHA-256 hashed immediately upon receipt; raw IP is never stored)
- Submission timestamp
- Standard server logs (browser type, referring URL) retained for up to 90 days
Payment information
Payments for the Instant Send feature are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the anonymous email notification to the recipient
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse (using hashed IP)
- To process payments via Stripe (Instant Send feature)
- To investigate abuse reports when submitted
- To comply with legal obligations
3. What We Never Do
- We never reveal the sender's identity to the recipient
- We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We never store raw IP addresses
- We never use your data for advertising profiling
4. Data Retention
All submission records (hashed IP, timestamp, alert metadata) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Recipient email addresses are used only to send the notification and are not retained beyond that delivery.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or valid government request.
- Service providers: We use Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email). These providers only receive data necessary to perform their specific functions.
- Abuse prevention: In cases of serious, repeated abuse, hashed IP data may be shared with relevant authorities.
6. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
Every notification email contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it permanently blocks future alerts to that email address in compliance with CAN-SPAM and similar regulations. You may also opt out at any time at savior.sowhat.monster/unsubscribe.
7. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Essential session cookies may be used for service functionality only.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@finderinc.jp. Because we collect minimal data and delete it within 90 days, in many cases no retained data will exist.
9. Children's Privacy
Social Savior is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
