These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Social Savior ("Service"), operated by Finder Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") at savior.sowhat.monster. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Social Savior is a web-based notification relay service that allows users to send anonymous, kind alerts to others about minor wardrobe or hygiene situations. The base service (with delayed delivery) is free of charge. An optional Instant Send upgrade delivers the notification immediately for a one-time fee of USD $2.99.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: sending genuinely helpful, anonymous notifications with good intent. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service to harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully any individual
- Sending false, fabricated, or malicious alert content
- Attempting to identify or expose the identity of any sender
- Automated or scripted submissions (bots, scripts, crawlers)
- Circumventing rate limits or abuse-prevention systems
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
The Service enforces rate limits: a recipient may receive at most one alert per 24-hour period, and each IP address is limited to 10 submissions per day.
4. Payments
The optional Instant Send feature is a one-time purchase priced at USD $2.99 per transaction. No subscription or recurring billing is involved.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because the Instant Send feature is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the email has been dispatched.
Exceptions: If the notification was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side, you may request a refund or re-send within 7 days by contacting info@finderinc.jp with your order reference.
Refund decisions for exceptional cases are made at our sole discretion and processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Enforcement
Violations of these Terms may result in immediate and permanent IP-level access restrictions without notice. Severe or repeated violations — including harassment or illegal use — may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with valid legal requests.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Social Savior is a notification relay service. We are not responsible for any interpersonal outcomes, reactions, or consequences resulting from notifications sent through this platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code comprising the Service are the property of Finder Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
